Welcome to Lady Touch. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.ladytouch.in (“Service”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (collectively referred to as “Agreements”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of our website.

2. Business Model & Products

Lady Touch is an Indian fashion and apparel retailer dealing in:

Women’s Western Wear
Women’s Indian Wear
International / Imported Clothing
Dresses & Gowns
Co-ord Sets
Denim Wear
Nightwear
Kids Wear
Fashion-related apparel & accessories (if listed)

We sell 100% brand-new, unused, and original products.

❌ We do NOT sell:

Used or worn clothing
Refurbished items
Counterfeit or fake products
Replica or unauthorized branded products

3. Purchases & Payments

When making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment details.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking (via Razorpay)
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD with advance)

All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm COD orders, Deshmukh Telecom may require a small advance partial payment.
This helps verify genuine orders and cover packing/processing costs.

The advance amount will be shown during checkout.
The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
If Deshmukh Telecom cancels an order before dispatch, the advance will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD service.

This policy ensures fairness and avoids misuse of COD services.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer replacement or refund strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The wrong product is delivered
The order is cancelled by Lady Touch before dispatch

Conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer items are NOT eligible
Size-related returns are subject to product-specific return eligibility

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
We deliver PAN India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Lady Touch is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Quality & Authenticity

All products sold by Lady Touch are brand-new and quality-checked.
Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Clothing items generally do not carry warranty, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within the return window mentioned in the policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.

10. Force Majeure

Lady Touch shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Lockdowns
Strikes
Courier disruptions
Government restrictions

11. Amendments to Terms

Lady Touch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
