Thank you for shopping with Lady Touch. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale periods or high-volume days, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery, including:

  • Delivery
  • Shiprocket (multiple courier options based on location)

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or interior locations may take 1–2 additional working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free Shipping offers, if running, will be applied automatically based on order value or promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A courier tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

If you have an account on our website, you can also track your order from the β€œMy Orders” section.


6. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your Order ID
  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue on priority

⚠️ Please note:
Lady Touch is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.


7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted or disabled for the customer.

Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Incomplete address
    • Unreachable phone number

and is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.


8. Service Coverage

  • We currently deliver PAN India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Lockdowns
  • Courier strikes
  • Government restrictions

Shipping timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified via SMS / Email / WhatsApp wherever possible.
